We offer free returns on products purchased within the last 14 days. Free shipping will be provided for replacement of any products damaged or lost in shipping. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently only ship within the U.S. Please contact us if you wish to inquire about international shipments of products.

CAN I CANCEL A BOOKING?

Cancelations should be made no later than 48hrs before the time of the booking. We understand that life happens, and we will do our best to help. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or reschedule a service booking.

WHEN DO PRODUCTS EXPIRE?

It is recommended to use your products within 12 months of purchase. Always keep product lid closed after each use and keep in a cool place. Most of the products available are subject to high degrees of temperature changes, ie melting in hotter temperatures or solidifying in colder temperatures.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS NATURAL, VEGAN & CRUELTY FREE?

We do not produce, or provide products that use harmful chemicals or harsh preservatives that would be damaging to your skin.
